Acai Berry Scam?
The article seeks to expose the truth behind Acai Berry and brings home certain unsavory facts. One may call this endeavor an investigation into the Acai Berry scam. If a product or concept catches the fascination of consumers, it is not uncommon for devious marketers, organizations and distributors will spare no pains in order to twist facts and thereby wrongfully make money out of it.
Like most food supplements, Acai Berry is a whole food, and should be consumed uncooked or unprocessed. If one is to heat, dehydrate or refrigerate a natural product, it is only natural that its effectiveness will most likely diminish. Hence, most Acai Berry extracts or pills that touted by companies as supremely beneficial for health provide not much more than fuel the Acai Berry scam.
In order to assist the Acai Berry enthusiast in his research into Acai Berry supplements and related Acai Berry derivatives, and to help him save time and effort and yet arrive at the correct conclusion, the following facts will stand him in good stead. Most companies will declare that their products are the best in the market. During one’s internet search, it is likely that one will come across websites belonging to companies, sales agencies, or distributors which all claim supremacy of their products. They should ring alarm bells in one’s mind because these claims are likely to validate suspicions about the existence of the Acai Berry scam.
Acai Berry Scam will attempt to educate the reader regarding certain facts that may already been known to him but which may have escaped his immediate attention.
Whole food dietary supplements as Acai may work like magic for some, may work just average for others and still there might be others who might cry foul and label it as the Acai Berry scam.
So the question is: What is the truth? Is the Acai Berry scam really a scam?
Actually, all of them are right in one way or the other. And, that is because of the nature of dietary supplements like Acai Berry.
As mentioned earlier, one should be wary when one comes across claims about an Acai Berry product being the best. It is recommended that one should first try out the product as body type varies between person to person. One never really knows if a particular product one has chosen is suitable until one tries it out. Though, asking a trusted friend or relative is a good way to make a choice, it never really replaces self-test.
What are truly alarming are some basic facts about Acai Berry products that are on sale in the market. Some of these products are unacceptably diluted – Acai Berry in its natural form is denser than water. Some products do not contain enough Acai Berry extract to render any benefits of the fruit. Still the products will contain so many additives that they no longer represent any form of Acai Berry.
It is a good idea to go through reviews written by consumers who have had access to the products made available by companies. While go going through review sites, one should attach more importance to those where positive as well as negative opinions have been posted. One should also watch out for information on what type of people have experienced what kind of health change on consuming an Acai Berry product.
Some of the facts that were culled from review sites relating to Acai Berry presented here:
· Some people express dissatisfaction with the way the product tastes. They suspect the presence of additives.
· Certain consumers report product to be seeming too dilute.
· There are people who say that the product is somewhat all right.
· There are still others who claim they just adore the flavor of Acai Berry juice.
Thus, it seems that the Acai Berry scam has more to it than can be immediately perceived. It is quite true that if a person does not like the taste of dietary supplement, he will simply want to consume it by mixing it with something that he prefers. However, if that does not work, he is likely to simply move on to a different item. There are also certain kinds of people who will, despite finding the taste awful, will consume our product, enduring its distastefulness, in order to derive health benefits from such consumption.
A valid reason for drinking Acai Berry juice is if it starts to make a positive difference to one’s well-being. One might have friends who start noticing this difference and this makes one more confident about our product’s efficacy. However, it is not simply true that a particular Acai Berry product will be suitable for oneself if it has been suitable for his friend. Therefore, he has to do his own research before selecting a particular brand of Acai Berry. After all, though not necessarily, one man’s meat can be another man’s poison. So it is not certain whether the Acai Berry scam is really a scam or not.
Acai Berry Scam has made an honest attempt at apprising the reader of the various types of truths and untruths about Acai Berry products that populate the market. One would do well to watch out for scammers and get answers to questions or doubts. Before buying a product, one should try to ensure if the extract contains enough Acai Berry. If not, it would be advisable to leave it and look for a different one.

another scam I pay 9 dollars for my bottle<
That’s too bad Toni, Could you give me the link which Acai berry seller which offer Free trial scam to you, so I could post it to this article so we could blacklisted them and everyone know about that and not scammed by same acai berry producer.
Easy Weight Loss Admin
the webpage of acaiberry give you a free sample and the after 14 days they charge your credit card with $70 because the terms said that but you don’t have tu agree in any part of the page with the term just after you realize the problem with your credit card them you go to the page and in the very bottom of the page there is a link for the terms.
the web page for acaiberry that scam people with the free sample is http://www.freeacaiberrytrials.com/reviews7.php
I actually ordered a free bottle of acai berry supplements, and all I was supposed to do was pay shipping and handling of $1.00. The next thing I know I get charged $29.95 from Fit Factory; charges for pricelimbo.com; charges for 30 day thin; and another charge for $89.99 for another supplement. Do NOT purchase these products. This is a scam! I’ve had to contact my bank and have my credit card cancelled as well as formally request that these charges be removed from my account and my money refunded. My bank even told me that I had additional charges pending that had not even been cleared yet.
They market this as being endorced by Oprah, among others, and it appears legitimate. Good luck calling customer service. After hours of busy signals I finally got someone that told me that the free “trials” to these other products required me to cancel them within 7 days or else I would be charged and that this was part of the acceptance when ordering the acai berry supplements. No way was I ever informed of these “memberships” or charges. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!
Dear Robin, Could you tell us here what acai berry company which scammed you, I will list them in this acai berry scam page, so we could know which acai berry companies are scammer!
Thanks
This is the ultimate weight loss berry! but do not order it cuz i got overcharged and my credit card was maxed out!! wtf right!!!
OK, so no one is going to take some responsibility for this? It is all in the terms of agreement on each and every single acai berry website. Buyer beware
there has got to be a site that does not do this. so where are they?
I know we ordered the trial and we cancelled within time so no charges were made but the pill actually works. Dropped over 15 pounds and lowered cholestrol and blood pressure and feel great.
So, instead of just complaining how about looking into some good sites to offer too
Yes don’t believe in free trial. if there are free trial they usually charge you for that after 14 days.
read this acai berry select review
http://www.yourbestweightlosspills.com/AcaiBerrySelectReview.php
It is my site that promote acai berry brand too but not like other reviewer i too concern about the scams.
I think this Acai Berry Select is more honest than other Acai berry brand in :
1. they don’t offer free trial but they do offer extra bottles for 3 month supply of acai berry.
2.They have better information in their website than other Acai Berry Site, you can compare them if you like. In term and condition there are more info such as herbal safety guideline. (And i don’t see scam in this term and condition unlike other acai berry site that would say after 14 days they would charge $84, or $40)
3. The Acai Berry Select site don’t force you to buy their product. In other site when you want to get out, they usually called you in a pop up screen saying they have a discount of $3 dollar or more. I think this kind of marketing is kind of irritating don’t you think??
This is not a spam or anything, just to let everyone know to choose the better Acai berry product
For NewWeightLoss admin that said want to look Acai berry scammer. You can search every Acai berry site that usually has free trial offer ( see in the term and condition they usually have this 14 days your credit card charge $83 dollar) every site that has this kind of term usually are scammer. here are the list i know (Extreme Acai Berry, Acai noni-burner, Acai Berry pure) all of them are scammer. Bottomline every free trial is scams. So look for site that don’t offer you free trial.
Dear Wandering Traveler,Thanks for your Long Comment about acai berry scam. And I agree with You, I think Acai Bery Select is the most safe acai berry producer.
Is there truely the Acai berry supplement that is not a scam?? and is any free trial legit? If so, please send me to the correct website, its something i might want to try if i can get enough feedback..

Poor AMERICANS!!! you keep on complaining!!!because you are not aware of the terms and conditions!!! who the hell will offer $5.95 for an acai with out any terms and condition!! it is clearly stated at the lower part of the website that we are givng you 15 days trial period to try our product or to cancel with in the days trial period so that your only going to pay for the shipping fees..but if you did not called with in the 15 days trial period you will going to pay for the original price of the advertised product!!and where going to deliver you automatically a 30 days supply of the product!!and the reason you cannot contact us is that where are receiving a thousand calls in 1 day!!!to cancel their account!!!!this is our customer service schedule mon-fri am9:00-6:00pm EASTERN TIME!!!follow some instructions Poor AMERICANS!!!!!! you just want to buy some cheap products!! POOR PEOPLE!!!!
Dear Acai customer service,
I think the Acia Berry trial offer has many website that doesn’t state the term and agrement in a clear and obvious way, not to mention many fake independent reviewer that said the trial are risk free just to get more cash into their pocket.
The main problem about the trial offer is the trial time limit. It doesn’t make any sense if you have 15 days to trial but it take 7-9 days to delivery, 2 days to processing, and 2 days to cancel the order(This is what generally happen). Which mean we could only get 2 – 3 days for the trial???? It should be at least 30 days so that we could try it.
Yes, I absolutely agree with Kareen, that’s really nonsense if you make 15 days trial period but its need a week or two for the acai berry bottle to come to the customer address. And if you want to clear all the things you should make that “15 Days Trial Offer” with BIG, BOLD and RED color if possible, so new customers not cheated with your term and service.
And Bro acai customer service, what is your acai berry company? I click your link, and it goes to Invalid Host Name.
To anyone, please share your experience about acai berry scam here.
thanks
Easy Weight Loss admin
I experienced the same situation as Robin. This company offers a scam. I contacted an attorney and I am also working with my bank to keep the charges from going through.

Here is what the acai customer service rep (12-08) says we are not reading in the lower part of the website. To a certain point he is correct, but this is needs to be stopped.
You have to open the Terms and Conditions to actually see what we are getting ourselves into.
Yes we Poor Americans, We will learn someday. But our credit card companys will help us. The sad part
is the folks who used their checking accounts.
Please everyone pass on the information.
They will call you to confirm your order and record your conversation.
They will not answer your questions honestly. I asked if the shipping and handling were all that I would be charged. I will not see anything else. I was told no, I should have known better, that is where the scam and lying take place.
At that point I think that by law they should have to ask if we openned and read the terms if not they should repeat the terms and conditions to us and then ask if we agree. That will give the consumers the option to cancel on the phone.

On/about 12/9/08 I saw the acai berry advertisement on the internet and I ordered the capsule and a detox products for what they advertiesed as $3.95 shipping and handling only for both products. I received a bottle of the acai berry capsules. When I received my billing to date, they had charged an additional $87.13 for an acaiberry detox product that I never received. I called the number that was on my credit card billing and the automated recording said that it would be a 3 to 5 minute wait, but turned out to be a 40 minute wait. Someone did answer and assured me that the billing department would cancel the subscription of which I was not aware I had and would reimburse my credit card.
I will be watching to see if I will be reimburesed. If I am not, I will cancel my credit card and will never ever order anything again from this or any other advertisement on the internet or TV.
Please be ware of these scams. From now on I will go to the health food stores to order these products.
Too bad, I am sorry to hear that Jacquie. I hope you could resolve your problem with that company. I think the Best Free Acai Berry Offer is come from Acai Berry Select. You Purchase some amount of acai berry then you get free bottle of acai berry, that realistic to me.

This IS a scam. It is classic bait & switch. I’ve filed a complaint with the BBB against the Acaiburn company (for the record, there are HUNDREDS of BBB complaints against them).
My complaint, “I read an advertisement online offering a free trial of the product, Acaiburn. The advertisement said the company would provide a free 14-day trial of a product and recipient would only be charged for shipping. To eliminate future charges, you had to call a number upon receipt of the product.
After receiving the product, I called the number to cancel future shipments. The woman canceled, but then informed me that I’d be charged $59 for the free trial bottle. My only option to avoid charges would be to return the trial bottle. What is the point of a free trial bottle if you are then forced to pay for it?
Furthermore, the initial order magically enrolls you in other “programs” for which you also must pay or call numbers and cancel as well.
Definitely more trouble than it is worth. These people need to be shut down.”
Furthermore, an update… “Unbelievable. Despite calling and canceling this product on January 7, AND shipping their product back to them certified mail on January 7, I still was charged $60. Via the USPS tracking services, I tracked that they were notified of the package days in advance of them actually picking it up (which would have been well within the deadline). They waited til the 20th to collect their mail, which pushed me within a day of not being given a refund.
Just called and chewed them out (was called a liar on my USPS tracking number until she actually ran the number) and they said they would refund my $60 (within 7 business days).
I still want my shipping fees for the nonsense.”
Nice customer service here. I think I know where you’re working from, douchebag. Poor Americans, my butt. So many of you people are not only stealing jobs from us b/c you’re able to work for $1-2 an hour, but you’re also regularly affiliated with scams and rip-offs and then talk such trash about how stupid we are. Obviously, so. That’s why we live in a FREE SOCIETY and have been able to elect our government officials and run our own country since it’s birth in 1776 and you are still having to deal with overbearing, controlling governments. So, who’s stupid? Not us!
