The acai berry is truthfully very healthy, but its important to note that its still i guess “just a fruit”. you cant expect to drink 1 litre of apple juice and get mega fit, awesome skin, lose cancer etc.. fruit does have sugar in it. but it is much more healthy then cola or something like that. of course it is better to drink water the whole day, but pretty much no one will do that.
if you truly want to get skinny fast, go drink water, eat dry bread or salad and work out for hours.
but if you kinda want to lose some weight then my advice is: don’t drink soda but drink orange juice or any other fruit juice.
