<p>It is important to have breakfast without missing, because breakfast is the major source to fill your stomach after a long period of whole night without food. </p>
<p>You can start the next day with more enthusiasm. You can prepare some easy breakfast like whole wheat toast with the combination of peanut butter, the mixture of low fat milk, cold cereal and variety of fruits, Whole grain waffles and fruits mixed with yogurt. </p>
<p>Nutrient Rich foods: </p>
<p>It is important to take place all the nutrients in your regular diet. There are nearly more than 40 varieties of different nutrients to lead a healthy life. You are advised to include the below listed food varieties like vegetables, fish, meat, protein foods, fruits, poultry, and dairy products.
