Having Stress
This is the major blunder which we are doing unconsciously. Sometimes this stress can be of “I am depressed because of my increasing weight”. Insufficient Sleep

Make up for your extra meal
This is the mistake which most of us do. You have to attend a party, eat a lot. Don’t do so, this making up of extra previous meal actually is the biggest hindrance in the rate of metabolism pace and have an adverse affect on loosing weight.
Not using the powerful apples
I am unable to understand that why most of us go for the most expensive diets, when the nature has given us a ready made, easily available, over the counter product. YES that is apple. I don’t know why people forget to use the power of apple. Just believe me and try eating 3 apples a day just for 15 days. Even if you don’t do any thing extra you’ll be weighing 1 pound less only in 15 days.
Remember to lose 10 pounds in one week is not very easy but you can do it by simply avoiding the above mentioned 4 blunders.
