Carrot Quencher

Another equally fantastic juice is carrot crunch; this recipe ensures that you take enough vegetables while on juice diet

Carrots 5 small

Celery 1 stalk

Apple 1 medium sized

Mint leaves 6-7

Lemon juice of half lemon

Put all the ingredients in the blender and blend it thoroughly. A delicious juice is ready. It is a most refreshing juice at the end of the day.
