Give Skin Brushing a Try. Another natural way to detoxify your body is by skin brushing. This method is use to keep your skin from being dry. It is done by circling brushing movements all over the body, starting from the feet running up to the body. These will help you to get rid of the dead skin cells and toxins through the skin pores.

By Exercise and a Proper Regular Diet: There are different types of workouts which can help you to reduce weight. Sweating eliminates toxins under your skin. Workouts can successfully help to increase metabolism, which helps you to lose weight and to detoxify your body. Your diet should also contain a huge amount of proteins and nutrients too.
